About Us

While on vacation, exploring “The New World”, the Apa Family made a shocking discovery. Americans were missing out on what Italians proclaim to be the “fuel of the human being”........
the Caffe Espresso!

Quickly tiring of poor quality coffee, the Apa Brothers set out to introduce America to one of Italy’s finest products. They began to envision the future of the espresso industry in the USA certain that it was only a matter of time, education, and hard work before every American would realize the true pleasure of a quality cup of espresso, cappuccino, or latte.

The Apas brought their family tradition and companies to South Florida. Since the early 1980’s, the Apa brothers have dedicated themselves to consistently provide the highest quality products and service to all of their customers. Tremendous amounts of both money and time are invested for the average business owner and their staff, ensuring they, too, will serve their patrons the very best coffee, lattes, cappuccino, and espresso. Of course, having the proper equipment is the #1 ingredient for success. The Apas, one of the first to arise in this market, choose the top espresso machines to distribute throughout the market.

The Apa brothers, continually work on newer, high quality coffee blends.

Petilia Policastro, This is a small village in Calabria, South Italy where we lived our childhood.  Calabria forms the toe of the Italian boot. The Calabrian landscape with its ancient relics and modern farmsteads is a wonder to behold. The region is rich with art, religion, history, and culture. There is something for everyone in Calabria.

This is the monastery of "Santa Spina". The monastery is part of our village and as of today believers can visit one of the thorns from the crown of Jesus Christ before his  crucifixion.
